Allison Gawlik

Group Account Director

As a Group Account Director, Allison is responsible for strategically consulting with clients to determine optimal marketing strategies and creative direction, and for managing branding and design projects at the firm. Her clients while at Bailey include McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson, Wyeth, Pfizer, Vectrix, Tasty Baking Company, McCormick, Twinings USA, Welch’s and several pharmaceutical companies. 
 
 Prior to joining Bailey, Allison worked at IMC, a full-service marketing and promotions firm for nine years. During that time, Allison managed new product launches, package design, website development, consumer promotions from idea generation through execution, professional promotion and advertising, and merchandising and trade promotions. She also has broad experience with several skincare brands including Aveeno, Shower to Shower, Purpose, RoC and Clean & Clear. 
 
 Allison also worked in the promotions group at Johnson & Johnson CPC in a co-op partnership for one year during her time at IMC. Allison graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Marketing and Economics.
