BAILEY BRAND CONSULTING WELCOMES FOUR NEW HIRES

PHILADELPHIA – July 5, 2011 - Bailey Brand Consulting, one of the largest branding and design firms in metro Philadelphia, hires four staff members.

Tamra Ayers has been appointed Account Manager, with responsibility for managing the branding needs of clients including Education Records Bureau and Hyland’s.  Prior to working for Bailey, Tamra served as Senior Account Executive for Automotive Data Media, where she managed the advertising and publication process for four quarterly B2B magazines and a client roster consisting of BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Subaru and Volkswagen. Tamra earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University, and a Master of Fine Arts in Media Design from Full Sail University, where she received the Advanced Achievement Award and Course Director Awards in: brand development, design strategies and ethics of design, and was chosen class valedictorian. Tamra is a native of Springfield, PA.

Matt Markow has been appointed Digital Marketing Strategist, creating and implementing interactive marketing campaigns for a variety of clients. Prior to joining Bailey, Matt taught marketing at Arcadia University, Lansdale School of Business, and Pennsylvania Institute of Technology. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Penn State, and an MBA in Marketing and a Master of Science in Media Management from Drexel University. He lives in Lafayette Hill, PA.

Tracey McCaffrey has been appointed a Junior Designer. A recent graduate of Philadelphia University, Tracey earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design Communication. A resident of Coatesville, PA, Tracey interned with Bailey for a summer and then was hired on staff as she completed the last year of her degree.

Brian Scarborough has been appointed as IT Administrator.  Prior to joining Bailey, Brian worked in desktop support at MetLife, Charming Shoppes, and Systems Solutions, Inc. A resident of Norristown, PA, Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, with minors in Communications and Business from Ursinus College.
